✿ my spring lookbook 2015

i'm so so so so so sorry that i haven't posted a blog-post for about over 1 month! =s i have super busy with revision, tests and homework but i'm now free for 2 weeks (Easter break)! ^-^ now, we have officially hit spring now and i'm super excited about this because spring is one of my favourite seasons! ;D also, the fashion in spring is perfect because it's hot enough to wear skirts + dresses more often but still cold enough to wear jumpers and jackets! :) so i have created 4 looks based on the amazing season all with very different purposes but still with the same style of girly (that's my style c;)! i'm so excited about this! =D

✿ the 4 looks together: 

✿ look 1: my take on monochrome

the reason why it's my take on monochrome is because it isn't the proper monochrome, there's a bit of lilac and nude in this look but anyway, we shall continue! ^-^ it's amazing for hotter climates because of the super chic polka dot print bralet which doesn't show too much skin which is perfect! :3 also, teamed with a textured white skirt makes the look ever so more girly rather than tumblr! ;D the lilac shoes makes the look more girly yet the heel isn't to uncomfortable!  the cat ears add a more fun vibe to this look and the backpack just so chic! c:

✿ look 2: traditionally chic 

even i know nobody that i know would wear this, i find it just so amazing and super chic! :3 bring the old trend of collars back in style with this super cute flared dress! ^-^ the pastel pink cardigan makes the look ever so more cosy and slightly more chic with pastels contrasting to navy, totally more stylish! the block heels are complimentary to the whole outfit as the pastel blue goes with everything and so does the colourful headband as well as adding more interest to the outfit! c: this is perfect for every occasion so please wear it =D

✿ look 3: cosy + chic

do you ever have those days were you're just bored at home and you want to feel comfy but at the least minute a friend invites you to go starbucks and you don't know what to wear, this is what i'd wear! ;D the jeggings have this gingham print which are totally on trend in season and look amazing in pastel blue! teamed with a cream cropped jumper makes this look more fail-safe which is just perfect! =D the jelly shoes are very comfy, trendy but are literally 0 effort, same with backpack as it goes with everything. the wired headband just adds more personality and you're 100% done! c:

✿ look 4: it's time to have some fun

this look is i think the most fun and most playful which is so amazing! cx i decided to team the jacket of the season, a trench coat, with a floral playsuit because it a really cute option and give you more freedom to do what you want which is just perfect! ^-^ the converse are instantly chic as they go with everything and are perfectly fail-safe! =D the floral crown makes the look more boho||girly but the ruffled socks and the heart shaped sunglasses give it that fun edge! ;D

♥ valentines day special

ITS OFFICIALLY VALENTINES DAY! cx i love this celebration because this is where you can get all romantic with your partner and love everybody due to the day (and f.i.y: i'm single on this valentines day c:)! today, i have come up with a little summary of all things valentines related and all things to keep you in the romantic mood. i'll be doing outfits and songs, i've got your back. so sit back, get those toes on a comfy coach and let me get you in the romantic mood! c:
let's get started! 

✿ outfits to wear✿

♡ 1. A little more on the dressy side!

yes, there is a t-shirt in this outfit but it will pay-off. the pleated skirt with the heels is already a girly and sophisticated outfit option but seem a bit too grown up and professional, you don't want that on valentines day! ;D so the classic white t-shirt, the heart necklace and the wired headband add some fun into the look and make it more fancy date wear appropriate! bring a nude clutch bag with you to add more of a date vibe to the look and for outerwear wise, a duster coat in a pastel pink colour to embrace the femmine side to this outfit but still being on trend! Ah Volia, the perfect fun yet girly date outfit is ready to go out in!

♡ 2. Too hot (hot damn)!

If you have hot weather where you come from or you just fancy a bit of a tumblr make-over, then you are super duper lucky! ^-^ this look is perfectly flirty and stylish, so perfect for the day! teaming a textured bralet || bustier with a red floral makes the look become more chic + girly and less tarty + odd, also it's totally tumblr! the cardigan keeps you warm while wrapping the whole outfit together. the boots, bow and bag add more of a classic put together vibe with-out being ott and still looking perfectly tumblr! c: this look is one of my favourite for all year younf is so flirty + chic for today, so go for it! cx

♡ 3. More modern than you thought!

this look is perfect if you are one of the following 3! 1. single and out with friends, 2. a new couple going to a date on valentines day or 3. going on a causal day out! c: it's so perfect! ^-^ the frilly, peplum top goes with anything in your wardrobe so it's a timeless classic, results! c: the floral shorts are a more comfy and chic option to a tight skirt and the denim jacket is so trendy at moment with over-sized items being a HUGE TREND and, apparently men find it sexy if a girl wears an items of his so 2 yeahs! cx the heels add more height without being ott and the cats ears are, you know, just fun! ^-^ the collar necklace is my final touch! c: this so cute and if i was a girl, i'd wear this today! cx

✿ songs to listen to✿

♡ the song that is romantic - Love Story by Taylor Swift

even though is song is really old, it's the most romantic song EVER! when i listen to this song, it reminds me of fairy tales and me when i was really little! the lyrics are just so effortless and magical! it's about the most iconic couple in English literature but with a happier ending which is amazing so taylor swift, this is one of my favourite love songs of all time and hope this puts you in a romantic mood! :3

♡ the lyrics that relates to most modern couples - The Way by Ariana Grande ft Mac Miller

this song is totally sweet and just plain cute! :3 everything from the lyrics ariana sings to the music video of memories playing in the background is just plain adorable and perfectly vintage! the beat is so dreamy and creamy, the outfit she ways though-out is perfectly chic and everything about it is just super amazing! cx i <3 it so much and no one can change my mind! c:

♡ the modern teen love song - Long Way Home by 5 Seconds of Summer

if you think of teen movies when the couple drive in the night, then this would be the song behind in the video! c: it's so cute yet modern due to having guitars and drum and having a rocky edge. i love this so much, every single members instruments is perfectly played, the lyrics are super romantic + cute and this song is one of my favourites from the 5sos boys! ;D i love it! c:

✿ my january 2015 favorites

i know this is normally a youtuber thing but i wanted to do this as i'm starting a youtube channel next month! c; this month had defiantly been magical and super cute but stressful die to school! i have celebrated my birthday this month which was pretty amazing and got maked-overed into a eyeliner cat which was so much fun! ^-^ i also got to feel love from amazing people (you know who you are ;D) and finally felt clean (tay tay song context c:). now i'm going to tell you what i've been loving this month! c:

as you can tell, i'm such a swiftie and this album 100% didn't disappoint me. this actually is my favourite album EVER! ^-^ every single song in this album is relatable (especially bad blood, shake it off, welcome to new york and new romantics) ! most || all of the songs make you want to dance and will make you feel passionate in one way or another and gives off so much about the women herself (queen) taylor swift! c: 

overall....

lyrics are amazing and super effotless, they tell an amazing story which is easily relatable to and i <3 it! so lyrics is 10/10

design of album is amazingly chic, totally unique and super dream. design has to be 10/10

and finally all of the songs are just amazing + perfectly fit in place with each other which i <3 so 10/10 again! =D

♡ book or magazine - girl online by zoella aka zoe sugg ♡

i wanted to read this book ever since it came out because of 3 reason. 1. it's by my favourite youtubers zoella ;D, 2. the cover looks amazing and super cute and 3. the book sounded amazing when she described it so i decided to read and i did and have officially fallen in love with book! c:

the story line is super sweet romantic yet amazingly unexpected, every character you read about you will get to know, adore and i don't want to ruin the story line for anyone who hasn't read the book yet but, it's 100% romantic + funny! =D this is my new favourite book so zoella, i give it a 10000/10!

♡ something more on the random side - zoella's candle - ♡

this is such a relaxing candle from zoe's amazing piece from zoella' beauty range. it smells super sweet but at the same time really relaxing which makes me feel so at peace when i light up the legendary candle. it literally smells like heaven and peace when you light up the candle. 

i think this candle is best lit when you have either a really annoying || bad day at school, when you feel like relaxing during a bath (using a lush bath bomb of course) or just when you having a relaxing morning. so so perfect! c:

♡ something fashion related - my fashion sketchbook ♡

i got this as christmas present from one of my mum's best friends || besties and i think it's one my favourite christmas presents i've got that isn't from my parents (because they give the best presents)! ^-^ 

the amazing thing is that this sketch book is so much easier to design from because the fashion design templates are so easy to follow from which means it takes me so much less time to start designing and not try to find a template. c: this means i can create outfits so much more quickly and fall in love with them! ^-^ they always look professional and so chic! c:

☼ about me but with a twist

this is officially my first blog post on here so I'm pretty excited about this! i normally see bloggers do get know me||about me posts are there first post and that's what this post is about with a major twist! ^-^ instead of saying what i like and that's it, i'm also going be saying what they could be alternatively! i'll be saying my favourite songs as movies, my favourite youtubers as fashion trends (this bit i will find the most fun c:)and my fave movies||books as songs. 

let's jump straight into this! ;D

✿ favourite youtubers as fashion trends

♡ Zoella ♡
 zoella is literally one of favourite youtubers of all time! her style is literally perfection, she is super sweet, always smiling and happy (which i ♡) and also isn't afraid to show of who she really is as well as help people with their probelms as well! c: I just adore her so so much! I almost forgot, her book is amazing! ^-^ 

now her as a trend, i think a cutie girl but without the colour would perfectly work because she loves to wear mostly monocrome colours but does wear colour. also she loves collars, quirky prints, skirts + dresses and all things very pretty! also, heels aren't an necessity but something with a slight heel would be perfect for the zoe trend. louis vuittion's s/s 2012 and simone rocha's a/w 2013 would be perfect examples of how designers work the zoella trend. good style icons for this trend (not including zoella) are taylor swift and her bestie sprinkle of glitter! c:

♡ Clothesencouters ♡
when i was discovering youtubers, she was one of the first ones that i found and literally feel in love with! she is so cute and funny! c; also her style is so unique and perfecttion! her make-up + hair is always on point and her vlogs are really interesting because she neatly goes around the world ;D! i also love how she can be really helpful with college things! c:

clothesencouters as a trend is quite hard to descripe because her style is really diverse! but i think her trend would monocrome colours because she loves monocrome colours and isn't afraid to experiment with textures and patterns. heels would defiantly be in any of outfits do to follow the clothesencouters trend. marc jacobs s/s 2013 and prada s/s 2013 would be followers to trend. good style icons for this trend (not including clothesencouters) would be demi lovato and emma stone! ^-^

♡ Mylifeaseva ♡
 i have recently disovered her and i have fallen in love with her! ^-^ her videos always make me laugh and her looks are so on point! she is also really sweet and her instagram is flawless as well as her tumblr account which features a lot of her own photography! c: her hair is also very cute and her videos always make me smile so go mylifeaseva! ^-^

mylifeaseva is probaly one of the most easiest as her style is quite tumblr inspired with a girly touch! so except from her nike or new balance trainers with nearly every single outfit. also, tennis skirts and pastel colours are her favourites so combine them into the trend as well.in addition (ohh, fancy language ;D) include her own diys like jem jumpers and floral denim shorts. topshop unique's s/s 2014 and mochino s/s 2015 are perfect to follow the mylifeaseva trend. the best style icons (not including mylifeaseva) that best work with this trend are most/all tumblr girls and bethany mota. :P

✿favourite songs as movies

♡ Taylor Swift's Shake It Off ♡

when i first listened to this song last summer, i literally was so happy because i aodre this song so much! :3 it makes you want to dance, it makes me smile and instantly makes you in a more positive mood! it comes from my favourite album 1989 (isn't just amazing) and i think taylor swift's sass + vocals are perfectly displayed in this song! GO TAYLOR! =D

if this song was a movie, it would 100% be a teen comedy. it would be about this group of teenagers in school being amazing and then lots of drama would happen! but don't forget it would really funny and 100% make you smile though out the whole of your day! it would star anna kendricks, selena gomez, rebel wilson, jonah hill and andrew garfield! this movie would be so good and i'd instantly want to watch it! ;D

♡ Don't Stop by 5 Seconds Of Summer ♡

this is 5sos second single and it's my favourite! c: i love the video because it's probably the one that shows off 5sos personalities the most and it looks so much, espically with calum hood (my favourite boy + happy 19th birthday calum ;D). the song is equally as fun! the beat cheers my mood up and instantly makes me smile, also the lyrics are really nice and pretty chic! c:

don't kill me for saying this but i wouldn't have superheros in the movie! =O i'd actually do a romantic comedy from this song due to happy beat and the pretty romatic lyrics. i'd actually do 4 boys (micheal gray gubler, zac efron, kian lawley and dylan o brain) falling in love with 4 girls (emma watson, ariana grande, andrea russet and maia mitchell) but doing embarrassing things like banging their head into a taxi door or accidentally going topless in the winter (cue all the screaming with joy)! sounds actually really fun ;D

♡ Bang Bang by Jessie J ft Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj ♡
i remember when i heard about this collab and i literally was so excited + a bit stunned because of the unlikely collab but i love it! ^-^ they all work perfectly together and the track is literally so much fun to listen to! jessie j's voice is on point, ariana grande's literally bae in this song and nicki rocks the rapping! also the dance on just dance 2015 is literally amazing! cx

this movie would 100% would be a girl power spy power or superhero movie! each girl of the 3 girls (ashely benson, lucy hale and bella throne) would be unique and totally different but (like the song) when they work together, the are literally a house on fire! they'd have a very werid yet amazing investigation they have to work together for and have to fight against cruelty in the world. this would have to be either a drama with comic aspects or a action comedy! cx


✿favourite movies||books as songs

♡ Frozen ♡

come on, who doesn't love frozen (please don't answer)? ;D it's literally one of my favourite disney movies of all time because i find so funny and teaches you a really good life lesson! c: i love every single from the movie (especially do you want to build a snow man :3) and olaf 100% makes me smile every time! also, isn't elsa so sassy and anna just like the ideal sister ever! =D

if frozen was a song (it isn't let it go), i think something more on the fun side would be perfect but with a good meaning. i think the songs would be mean by taylor swift, all about that bass by meghan trainor, mrs all american by 5sos and let it go for tonight by foxes would be perfect seeing as they're happy songs that have a good message! also they are just so cute and perfectly match so well with the movie! :3 also, imagine olaf dancing to all about that bass, that would so cute! 


♡ The Fault in our Stars ♡
when i first read the book, i felt nearly every single emotion and this is for someone who doesn't read books at all! i love everything about the book and i cried at the pre-funeral, the most saddest bit of the book! then i watched film and more tears and more emotions were being felt! the actors in that film are literally amazing and everything that was described in the book was how i literally imagined it, especially hazel grace! best film ever! cx

something romantic is 100% an essential match for this movie, something that is slightly more on the magical side of things, something that makes you smile and feel joy when you listen to it and something that doesn't make you cry (ok, maybe c:). like you are in love by taylor swift, still into you by paramore, teenage dream by katy perry or covered by 5sos and love me harder by ariana grande ft the weekend is literally perfect for the movie! c: imagine these songs as a playlist, would you feel the movie again because i 100% would! =D

♡ Pitch Perfect ♡
this movie is literally the bomb! ^-^ everything about this movie ozzes girl power, sass and a little bit of fun! every character is funny and is equally loved (but mostly fat amy ;D) every a-Capella song each group they perform is killer and i really like jesse + beca (there ship name would either be besse or jeca ;D)! i can't wait for number 2 to come out this year, it is literally going to be amazing! cx

now onto what song (not something a-Capella ;D)! a song that screams sass and energy but with girl power. that song you put on and feel like you're king||queen of the world, that song where you can dance to with your besties! i think that new romantics by taylor swift, probelm by ariana grande ft iggy azela, english love affair by 5sos and miss movin' on by fifth harmony are the perfect songs to feel that true girl power! ^-^
