sorry i haven't posted in ages, i didn't think of any good blog-post ideas but i have and this one is really good! ^-^ this one is also a little bit different because i don't do any posts on being one (i don't know what to call it =s) or personal but here we go! this is one is how to be confident! =D so for this post, i'll be giving you 10 tips on how to be confident and then we'll see where it goes from here! c: i know these work so yeah! =D also, i've tried to use instagram inspired photos so hope you enjoy this type of blog! c:

☺1. Make the environment more comfortable

making any situation more comfortable is obviously going to make you more comfortable! c: this could be anything from being with your friends + being in a place of comfort to you to glamming yourself up + wearing something comfy yet chic! ^-^ if your not in a place of comfort or none of your friends there or anything like that, then try to breathe and go in, finding something you'd find normally comfortable because that always helps! c: just try to be as comfortable as possible!
☺2. Don't think about anything negative
being as happy as possible is best to gain tons of confidence! ^-^ thinking about moments which make you smile or thinking about the positive of any situation will instantly do 2 things! 1. make you so much more happier which is just great! c: and 2. make you more confident because you feel like you can do anything on earth! =D this tip is best for exams (omg, this helps me so much ^-^), anything you have to say to someone (e.g you really like them) or for a something big like a presentation!
☺ 3. Stand straight
i know most people tell you think but to be honest, it actually does work! c: standing slightly more straighter than usual can make you feel powerful + that you're in control of everything and also smarter + more happier. also it's good for your posture as well due to standing with a straight posture can help you avoid any back problems! ^-^ in addition (fancy language cx) you also seem taller which every person wants so you will get points those areas, whoo hooo! cx
☺ 4. Just do it
this one may seem the hardet out of all the ones i've said so far and the ones i'm going to say (we still have 6 more left ;D) but just doing anything is honestly one of the best things ever! ;D you'll remember how it feels just lose all of your fears and this will normally make you feel like you can do anything in the world as well as showing to be people that you can do anything you want! c: this is for areas that people might need confidence in from in everyday life to asking big questions, so people just embrace life and do anything you want (that's good, not for bad)! c;
☺ 5. Eat something

this tip is for the ones need it for those special times (anything from an exam to telling your crush that you like them). normally eating something gives you a burst of energy which then normally gives you a big boost of confidence seeing as that energy could be used for confidence! c: my recommendations for foods to eat to be more confident is fruit (not only is it good for you + taste good, it gives you a lot of energy), something sweet and something healthy! c: those foods normally give you the most energy and then confidence!
☺ 6. Release the fears in a different form

this tip probably help me the most! ^-^ anything to gets those fears and things that make you less confident go away not only make you forget about them and instantly make you feel on top of would with a boost on confidence, it can help improve your skills and can help you do something else completely! ;D i do dance and it does help me a lot (even though i can't do it) but also designing outfits helps me! c: for you it could be anything so find your one and just do the releasing! cx
☺ 7. Excerise
i don't mean do a full core workout or that you have you lose weight because you don't, you are beautiful just the way you are c:, but i mean do something that keeps you moving before anything! ;D this normally keeps those energy levels up and keeps you having a good mood! =D normally exercise can increase confidence. the best ways are by doing a form of exercise that you love and (as taylor swift would say) that makes say "can't stop, won't stop moving"! cx mine in dance! c:
☺ 8. Before anything, calm your self down about it
again, this one fully helps as well! ^-^ before any you're going to do, calm down your nerves (that's what it's called ;D) by telling you things like "everything is going to be alright" or "you can do anything, you are amazing and fabulous. no one can change that about me" and listening to some calming songs so you can be as calm as possible! c: this also does help you become more confidence as you calm down the nerves that you had before which then makes you forget about which is great! c: the songs which calm me down are never be by 5sos, little me by little mix + wildest dreams by taylor swift! c:
☺ 9. Tell someone about it
this is another one that really helps a lot! telling someone else about the situation you're in can do 3 things. 1. make you feel confident because you know that you're not the only one who's going through this experience, 2. makes you and the person who you're talking to relationship way more closer as you two getting closer + deeper + personal and 3. get more advise about the situtaion that you're in which then could make you feel so mucb better! c: this person could be your best friend you parent, anyone will do! c:

☺ 10. make sure that you are happy and you feel the love
people may not think that being happy gives you a lot of confidence but believe me, it does! :D i used to be with fake friends and i wasn't as happy but now that i have left them, i feel so happy and amazing! cx so make sure that you can feel the love from friends + family and also make sure you have a great big smile on your face because everyone does deserve to be happy! ^-^
so yeah, that's all my confidence tips and they do work! ^-^
